About Me & Why I Started WSA

I want to tell you a little bit about me, my journey with womb space wounds, finding alignment & why I created Womb Space Alignment.

I created WSA after realizing remission & regression was possible. I started believing I could share my story & maybe that would help others. Eventually I realized this was calling me deeper & I decided to follow my intuition into the process of creating WSA. Founded deep in the woods spending several months coming home to mother nature. Women deserve a system to find the root cause & build a plan of action for repair, intergrading that in which is authentic to our body, mind & energy.

My first day coming into womanhood happened on my birthday, to my surprise that was also my first time experiencing black out pain. I lost myself to womb space wounds, endometriosis, PMDD & Adenomyosis. Deep wounding in my lineage that started in the womb. I lost my teens & part of my twenties to the wounding. In excruciating pain on average 25 days out of the month, Average 4 days’ worth of experiencing black out pain when menstruating. I thought for sure I’d die before 30. By my early twenties hiding my conditions became a full-time job, throwing up regularly in any bathroom or bush & hiding my nausea & discomfort in my body from everyone.

I had some relief in my everyday pain through symptom suppression & birth control for a few years. However, everything came back with a vengeance. I lost 35lbs & bled for over 3 weeks with excruciating pain, unable to take care of myself in the most basic ways. Showers, using the bathroom, eating was nearly impossible. During this time, I was laughed at by professionals and dismissed when I pushed for endometriosis diagnosis. I stopped seeing doctors for about two years after that due to how traumatic it was. I made it my mission to figure out what my body needed because I refused to live in fear of my own body.

The medical system in the west was failing me & most women I knew, I didn’t feel seen or understood, but gaslit…which is my deepest trigger. I let my anger fuel me into a deeper hole physically. But, eventually I transmuted it into action. Through this time, I realized a lot of problems within women’s care structure & I realized multimodal approach was the only approach for me to find any kind of remission... and for most women multimodal approach was needed. Which meant getting diagnosed by an Endo specialist & going back to western doctors in addition to so much more.

My body started to improve &
things started to change gradually. It wasn’t easy. It was hard. I questioned myself so many times, my progress so many times. One thing that took me YEARS to learn & would have helped significantly if I'd realized it earlier was my body’s symptoms were communication about its needs. When I got angry & upset with my body for communicating it would scream even louder like a child screaming in frustration of not having its needs met- communicating through symptoms that I didn't hear the first time. Let alone understand.

Somatic tracking changed how I was responding to my body’s needs. We as humans, especially women, have become so disconnected through years of colonizati0n & capitalizati0n that we didn’t even recognize how severely disconnected we became between the language of body, mind & energy.

Who I am, my determination, experiences, unique background & skillset are what I believe make me an excellent fit for this. I specialized in disaster relief for nearly 10 years. My job was to assess the home & people’s belongings, form a plan of action, run the site & crew as I coached families through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I was who companies called for the difficult or complex situations & to help clients who were in a bad place mentally. In addition to this I myself have gone through 14+yrs of therapy in order to deeper understand myself, others & how the mind works. Often times going home from sessions with homework around the study of psychology. * I am not a licensed doctor or therapist; I do not claim to be. *

After I slowed my work in disaster relief to only 1-3 months a year, I worked with my grandfather on his diabetes & Alzheimer’s noting almost complete remission so long as routine was kept up. I did this while studying my own health. Throughout the years of working on my health (trial & error) I realized it couldn’t be separate; everything had to be connected in my body. Eventually this led to my Mind, Body, Energy studies. While I didn’t go to college I’ve studied like I have throughout my life. Dedicating the last 6 years to studying women’s wellness, radical physical restoration, remission & more.

Since I was little, I’ve listened to & studied those around me (diverse groups in ethnicity & age) & I learned a lot. I ask a lot of odd questions & I observe; observing gives you more answers & questions than you might think. So, when I realized the mind, body & energy connect - it naturally led me to eastern medicine studies, growing up with a friend who was half Vietnamese & had lived in Vietnam really helped expose me to the worldly views young. For this I am so appreciative.

Col0nized countries often demonize & simultaneously extract the benefits of what they can from native cultures around the world. My goal here is to recognize the damage done through col0nization & capital!sm, how to show gratitude, implement some of the world’s ancient knowledge in our current environments in a way that is respectful to those who have come before us & harmonious with the land & our resources.

All of this has led me here to creating this space, Womb space alignment. A place to grow, expand in our intuition & heal energetic wounds through somatic & not so conventional methods for the west.
